Zenith Adhesive Components was founded in 2012 by Pat O’ Neill and Jonathan Whately. In April 2025 the company joined Innovize and Excel Scientific through acquisition backed by Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm based in California USA.
Our name has changed to Innovize Adhesive Components Ireland, Ltd., to reflect this partnership.
Innovize, Innovize Ireland, and Excel Scientific have many common global customers and are focused on high-tech medical device, diagnostics and electronics segments throughout the EU, the USA and beyond.
